Our secure photo capture technology (Controlled Capture) was created to help restore trust in digital images and videos as visual deception and fraud rates increased. However, like the rest of the world, the Coronavirus surprised us and impacted our lives too. This challenging crisis also highlighted the unique value of trustworthy documentation that we know can positively impact society, especially now.

Verified images, inspections, and audits are even more useful — perhaps necessary — for businesses implementing the Center for Disease Control’s necessary social distancing measures. Feedback from partners has shown that our trusted virtual inspection solution, Truepic Vision, can be critical in keeping operations, loans, and assistance flowing in the absence of human interaction due to COVID-19.

As a result, we are committed to reducing barriers and costs any way we possibly can, while accelerating the speed at which we can get businesses and organizations up and running.

Our commitment:

  • Cost: Truepic will immediately waive all set up fees for new partners until the COVID-19 crisis is over. These fees are in place to recoup the development costs for each client, but we realize the need to lower the costs and barriers for any struggling partner in need of an immediate replacement to human interactions.
  • Speed: We know that speed is critical for organizations stalled by the abrupt halt in travel and human oversight. As such, Truepic will commit to developing, delivering, and training all new clients within 72 hours of a service purchase order. Our entire team is committed to doing everything it can to accelerate its work to meet this ambitious target.
  • Need: We know that many NGOs maintain critical operations predicated on due diligence and monitoring, which are necessary for donors. Truepic will expand its grant program to award its technology pro bono for NGOs impacted by COVID-19, and also expand preferential pricing options for large impact organizations that need to supplement M&E activity. We encourage organizations to reach out here: info@truepic.com

We are always strategizing on new ways in which Truepic can be the most effective and trusted documentation tool, and a force for positive impact in the world. We welcome your partnership, ideas, and feedback. We are all in this crisis together, and Truepic is committed to doing its part to help.
