Tell us a little bit about yourself
I’m from Oakland, CA. My husband and I have one beautiful daughter and two small dogs. One of my favorite hobbies is traveling, when not in COVID times. For now my favorite thing is catching up on Netflix documentaries and gardening.
What do you do at Truepill?
I was recently promoted to a Customer Success and Growth Manager in the Customer Operations Management team.
What is it like to work in your field?
The field of customer success is not all customer complaints. It’s like planting a seed and watching it grow. Most of our clients come to Truepill looking for the missing link to their company’s success and I appreciate being able to deliver on that expectation!
Why did you choose to work at Truepill?
I have a passion for being on the cutting edge of something and Trupill was just that! The innovation that Truepill brings to this space is unprecedented. But it was the diversity and family-like culture that spoke to me the most.
What makes working at Truepill unique?
What makes Truepill unique is the ability to be a silent partner to our clients. No need for mass branding, our level of service and our capabilities speak for themselves.
What inspires you?
My mom. When I was growing up she would always ask “what have you done for someone else today?” That is what inspires me, my ability to help others.
What most surprised you when you started working in healthcare?
This isn’t really surprising, more so upsetting, but learning about the cost of medications and insurance’s ability to decline someone treatment.
What do you think the future of healthcare holds?
With what we are seeing in the world today, the shift to everything being virtual is exciting. If for any reason you are unable to leave your home you will soon (if not already) be able to see your doctor, get medical prescriptions and even get your diagnostics done within the safety of your home! This ability will help so many people, single mothers, elderly, etc.
