Meet Truly’s New Availability Setting

You asked and we listened!

Users are now able to set separate availability for incoming calls to your direct line versus an inbound 1–800 number.

Check it out! In Settings, you’ll find a new dropdown menu that allows you to opt in or out of receiving inbound phone menu calls during your availability hours. Switching to “do not accept phone menu calls” will still allow people to dial your direct line and reach you, but will block inbound cold calls that might intercept you at an inconvenient time, say before an important meeting. Switching both dropdown boxes to “Do Not Accept” will put you on “Do Not Disturb” mode and send all calls directly to voicemail.

We love it when our users are on the phone… but sometimes you just need to get stuff done! Availability settings allow you to be more productive when you segment your time appropriately.
