Are your calls logging to the wrong Salesforce record? Are they not logging to any Salesforce record at all? Don’t worry, we’ve got your back.

We’ve been quietly improving the decision making process behind our Salesforce integration for about 3 months, looking for ways to ensure that every phone call your team makes automatically (or auto-magically) ends up on the right lead or contact and opportunity or account with no manual intervention. With a little help from some great customers, we’ve introduced advanced Salesforce integration logic that consistently matches over 97% of inbound and outbound phone calls to the correct Salesforce record.

Duplicates? No problem.

Duplicate management is one of the toughest processes for Salesforce admins. We realize that you may not have the time or resources to constantly resolve duplicate records. Our new Salesforce logic automatically searches through duplicates and chooses the right record based on lead/contact/opportunity/account owners, recently modified records, and context clues from your previously calls and meetings.

Reps calling from the wrong record? No problem.

Do your AE’s call from the account level when they should log things to opportunities? Are SDRs scouring old opportunities for phone numbers when they should be logging to leads? Define the objects that each team should use and we’ll force their activity to log to the correct place. Based on your specific rules, we’ll leap from accounts down to opportunities, opportunities over to leads, and fix bad data before it ever gets pushed to Salesforce.

Stale data? No problem.

Occasionally, someone will call into that 5 year old opportunity that no one ever closed or an account executive will get pulled back into a support issue. We’re making it easy to report on activity that’s being logged to extraordinarily old records or behavior that seems unusual. Find stale opportunities so updated versions can be created, I guarantee that AE doesn’t want it to look like it took 5 years to close a deal.

No contacts? No problem.

Sometimes the person or company that your rep spoke to doesn’t exist in Salesforce at all. That’s okay! We’ll still log every call to Salesforce for you and surface these calls to you and your team for resolution. It’s a great way to ensure leads were created, new opportunities were opened, and no call is left unattributed.
