It’s been a busy few weeks in engineering. We’ve just rolled out Enclaves, a new private group feature that we are really excited about. Based on user feedback, targeted incident exchange and collaboration is poised to deliver immediate value to a large number of our current members. With an Enclave you can share incident reports more privately but still understand if your report correlates with others in TruSTAR’s incident database. If you have questions about how to get started forming an Enclave or how it impacts your TruSTAR implementation, don’t hesitate to reach out.

Additionally, we’ve enhanced our messaging (chat) feature to make connecting with other TruSTAR members even simpler. You can now launch and join chat rooms that are specific to an incident report directly from the report itself. This feature will allow you to communicate with other TruSTAR members who might be evaluating the report at the same time, or peruse earlier conversations that have taken place.

Now you can easily:

  • Join chats already in progress with a simple click of a button.
  • See aliases of other TruSTAR members who are viewing the chat at that point in time.
  • Follow active conversations in real-time around a specific incident stream.

Both Enclaves and the new Messaging features are available today. Take a look and let us know what you think.

And we have a lot of exciting features in the pipeline: ability to use all of our great redaction tools on Station, multi-factor authentication for our customers and deeper integrations with open source intelligence feeds like Hail-a-Taxii.
