New Funding Round: Powering Our Growth
Today I am pleased to announce TruSTAR’s latest financing round that will power our next growth phase. Storm Ventures led the $5M Series A round with participation from Aspect Ventures, Resolute Ventures and other experienced angels investors. Storm Ventures, and Tae Hea Nahm in particular, has significant experience in fueling game-changing B2B, SaaS, and cyber security companies. We are excited to have Tae Hea bring that experience to TruSTAR’s board of directors.
Today over 60% of incidents shared to TruSTAR correlate with others shared by our community. This is a staunch reminder that we are not doing ourselves any favors by responding and mitigating within silos. Our platform is proving the existence of cross-sector attacks utilizing similar tactics, techniques, and procedures. Recently, one of our Fortune 100 members was able to determine within seconds that an attack that appeared to be insider was, in fact, an external actor that had struck many other companies.
There is significant work and opportunity ahead. With our community growing at an exponential rate and new funding in hand, we will double down on scaling platform features, improving integration and collaboration tools, and hiring new talent to accelerate customer success.
