Companies who join our intelligence exchange network need assurance that our platform will not be abused by us or other members. We take this pledge very seriously and have put in place guidelines to ensure a safe and secure experience on the TruSTAR platform.

Through TruSTAR’s strict Terms of Use agreement, we ensure all members are…

• Known corporate enterprises in good standing with national and global security and regulatory bodies.
• Use their corporate email address to access the platform, verifying that each TruSTAR user is a current employee in good standing at their enterprise.
• Continually vetted by TruSTAR admins to ensure there is no platform abuse.
• Subject to forfeiting access to the platform if Terms of Use are broken.

We also have technical controls in place, like multi-factor authentication and strict access control on data, to prevent and detect abuse.
