Here is what you need to know about the $TTC token swap
Dear supporters,
In less than 72 hours, the TTC main network Rigi will be launched. As we are preparing for this big day, we are here to share some key information, mainly about the token swap process.
Key Timeline
Here is the overall schedule of the launching of the main network and the token swap process. Please note that the precise time and process could be subject to minor changes.
03. 31. 2019 at 12:00 (UTC+8) — Launching of TTC Main Network Rigi
04. 04. 2019 at 12:00 (UTC+8) — Freezing the deposit and withdrawal of ERC-20 TTC tokens (timeline may vary according each partner exchange)
04. 07. 2019 at 00:00 (UTC+8) — Taking the Snapshot of all the TTC wallets (The exact time of snapshot is not guaranteed due to various factors, such as network condition and exchange circumstances. An exchange has the sole right to interpret the snapshots taken by the exchange. We recommend not to move the assets between 12 hours before/after the designated time)
04. 08. 2019 at 12:00 (UTC+8) — Token Swap begins. One (1) ERC20 TTC token will be swapped to one (1) TTC platform coin and ten (10) ACN tokens
04. 10. 2019 at 12:00 (UTC+8) — Exchanges reopens the deposit and withdrawal of TTC (timeline may vary according each partner exchange)
Token Swap Methods
There will be two ways to swap your ERC-20 TTC tokens to safely secure your TTC coins and ACN tokens. Here are how you can participate in the token swap:
1. TTC Connect
TTC holders can undergo the token swap process on TTC Connect. Detailed instructions on how to download and deposit tokens will be published later.
2. Official Partner Exchanges
We are working with our official partner exchanges to facilitate the token swap. We will notify you in the near future with more detailed information on which exchanges will support the token swap.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
What will happen to the submitted ERC-20 TTC tokens?
ERC20 TTC tokens will be frozen in their allocated addresses on 04. 04. 2019 at 12:00 (UTC+8) and be sent to the TTC Foundation to undergo burning.
Will there be a lock-up period for the swapped token and coin?
All TTC platform coin and 30% of ACN token will be available for transfer and trading right after the token swap. The remaining 70% of ACN token will be locked-up for 30 days and be available for transfer and trading after 05. 08. 2019.
Which wallets can I use to store the TTC main network coin/token?
You can use TTC Connect, the official wallet of TTC. We will announce further wallet partners, once confirmed.
