#TtInspires Campaign: Diversity & Inclusion
Our yearlong #TtInspires campaign will showcase international development employees in our home offices in the United States, United Kingdom, and Australia, as well as on our projects around the world.

The #TtInspires yearlong campaign provides insight into what drives our employees and the shared values that help us to maintain strong teams across our sectors. The campaign is structured around four key pillars, or themes: women in development, human interest and families, employee retention, and diversity and inclusion.
March through May will be dedicated to the diversity and inclusion pillar, showcasing Tetra Tech’s commitment to creating a dynamic work culture of professionals from all walks of life — education, socio-economic background, ethnicity, and personality type — who empower each other. The international development industry and its practitioners are, by definition, diverse. At Tetra Tech, we are committed to promoting an inclusive culture that empowers our employees and fosters values of respect, appreciation, and belonging across the company.
In this pillar, you will read stories that showcase our employees from diverse backgrounds and experiences, and how they have been welcomed, accepted, and empowered by Tetra Tech. We are focused on building teams of experts who bring different strengths and creating a company culture of empowerment and support for all employees.
The #TtInspires campaign runs across several platforms, and all employee stories from around the world are housed here on our #TtInspires Medium site.
