#TtInspires Campaign: Human Interest and Families
Our yearlong #TtInspires campaign will showcase international development employees in our home offices in the United States, United Kingdom, and Australia, as well as on our projects around the world.
At Tetra Tech, our people are our strength. Their unique level of passion for the global community and expertise enable Tetra Tech to provide the best integrated, sustainable solutions for clients around the world.
The #TtInspires yearlong campaign provides insight into what drives our employees and the shared values that help us to maintain strong teams across our sectors. The campaign is structured around four key pillars, or themes: women in development, human interest and families, employee retention, and diversity and inclusion.
September through November will be dedicated to the human interest and families pillar, showcasing employees’ stories about living and working overseas, and how Tetra Tech supports their families with the transition. The international development field requires a high level of dedication and commitment to the job, which works best when there is a strong support system. Tetra Tech appreciates the role that our staff’s families play in our work, providing the support system necessary for them to go above and beyond in their jobs every day.
Tetra Tech invests in the development of adaptive careers, and we support the professional aspirations of our staff. As a company, we offer guidance to employees who are relocating or returning to the states; it starts at orientation to ensure they have the right connections and resources when they arrive in country, and also when they repatriate back in.
The #TtInspires campaign runs across several platforms, and all employee stories from around the world are housed here on our #TtInspires Medium site. Videos are shared on our YouTube channel, highlighting our staff who harness their genuine passion for development and apply their technical expertise on our projects.
