#TtInspires Campaign: Retention
Our yearlong #TtInspires campaign will showcase international development employees in our home offices in the United States, United Kingdom, and Australia, as well as on our projects around the world.
At Tetra Tech, our people are our strength. Their unique level of passion for the global community and expertise enable Tetra Tech to provide the best integrated, sustainable solutions for clients around the world.
The #TtInspires yearlong campaign provides insight into what drives our employees and the shared values that help us to maintain strong teams across our sectors. The campaign is structured around four key pillars, or themes: women in development, human interest and families, employee retention, and diversity and inclusion.
December through February will be dedicated to the retention pillar, showcasing employees’ stories about their careers with Tetra Tech, how they began working here, and what Tetra Tech has done to inspire them to stay. Working for Tetra Tech truly feels like being part of a family, and those who have been with the company for a long time have stayed because they feel supported in their career and professional development. Newer staff are inspired by Tetra Tech’s culture and they are excited to stay a part of it.
Tetra Tech invests in the careers of its employees and celebrates their commitment. Whether it be a consultant in the field who has been hired by Tetra Tech for multiple projects or a home office employee who has worked in the same office for 10 years, everyone is recognized and appreciated through career milestone announcements, professional development opportunities, and long-lasting friendships.

Videos are shared on our YouTube channel, highlighting our staff who harness their genuine passion for development and apply their technical expertise on our projects.
