Frequently asked questions
In our post today, we have gathered for you the most frequently asked questions about TTM Bank cards and are happy to answer them.
Can I get a virtual card for the Android operating system?
Yes, you can, but at the moment you can only connect your virtual card to Apple Pay (the Google Pay feature will be available soon). This means that you can pay for purchases with your card (you will need a 16-digit card number to do this), but not contactless.
If I order 5 cards they will have different numbers and accounts?
Yes, the card numbers and accounts will be different. However, please note that the card is not linked to a traditional bank account, each card has its own cryptocurrency address for replenishment. Moreover, each card has its own limit, that is, if you have just one card, you can keep up to €5,000 on your balance, with two cards this figure increases to €10,000 (€5,000 for each card), and so on.
How to replenish a card?
First, you need to top up your card balance by crediting BTC, ETH, USD, TRX to your account (the fee is 1%). When credited, funds are instantly converted to euros at the current exchange rate of Binance exchange. Thus, the amount on your card will remain unchanged regardless of the rise or decline in currency quotes.
Please note that it is not possible to replenish your account with fiat currencies. You cannot add funds to your card via a POS-terminal either. However, you can transfer money to accounts of both TTM card users (the fee is €2) and any other banks (the fee is determined by the recipient bank). Moreover, you can withdraw money via an ATM with a 2% fee.
Will there be an online account where I can manage my card and track my balance?
Yes, we will do it. In your personal account, which will soon be available on our website, you will be able to see your balance, transfer funds to another TTM Bank card, as well as top up the card with any of the available cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, USDT, and TRX). If you have several cards, they will be displayed in your account.
In your personal account, you can also see your virtual cards (if you are a holder of virtual cards).
