How does the ‘community question time’ feature work?

We realise that not all votes ask questions that matter to you most. So why not create your own question? With our new feature, you can ask a company your own question. We’ll ask Tumelo’s users to support their favourite question and the fund manager will ask the company for a response.

1. You take part by writing your own question

You can create your own question.

• Choose which company you want to ask a question to.
• Write your question (read about what makes a great question)
• Tell us why this question is important to you.

2. Your question is moderated and uploaded to the platform

Once your question is live, anyone who has access to the platform will be invited to support their favourite.

You’ll have two weeks to show your support.

3. Only one question will be asked

Your fund manager will ask the community’s favourite question when they meet the company.

Watch which questions receive the most support on the leaderboard.

4. Get answers from the company itself

After the winning question is sent, we wait for the answer.
