You can define this term “strong guy” in different ways. Strong guys are those who see themselves as the toughest people in the world and if you try messing around with them, you might end up losing your tooth. Another scenario when this term is mostly used is that point when one loses their relatives, friends and relatives tend to tell you, “Hey brother, just calm and down and be a strong guy” or “My sister, God is the giver and the taker. Just put yourself together and be strong all shall be well.”

But let us leave the second scenario and deal with the first one when one tends to see themselves as toughest guys or ladies. Some of them even go to the gym and work out their muscles which is not a bad thing to do because I also do workouts with the aim of improving my brain health and memory.

The problem also comes when you use your strength in a bad way. For example, engaging yourself in fights every now and then in the community. As the former president of the United State of America, Barack Obama said, “If you are so confident about the strength, don’t show me how strong you are by knocking someone down but rather show me how you can lift someone else’s life in the society.”

There being a strong lady or man means helping people in the society either by engaging in the work they are doing; for example, lifting stones in a construction site or lifting someone else’s life if you are also that confident about your financial status. After all, what are the benefits of fighting or what do you gain as a person when you knock someone down?

I am not trying to say knocking someone down is really a bad thing to do but rather it depends on the situation you are in. For example, if I have to protect my life from a person who has an aim of getting rid of me completely in the world, therefore I won’t hesitate to knock that person down just to find a way to my safety.

Therefore Mr Strong guy, you only need to use your strength and powers where necessary.
