How to launch a gaming competition on TURF

Let’s get into how you can launch your own gaming competition on 0xturf.gg. Follow the steps below and your event is ready to roll!

Creating a competition on TURF requires you to create an account.

Step 1. Create an Account on TURF dashboard.

• Go to 0xturf.gg
• On the Home screen, click on “Claim your TURF ID”
• You can create an account on Turf through Google, DIscord, Twitter, Steam or Twitch, Select any option.
• Once your ID is registered, you will be redirected to the main Dashboard of Turf where you can create, manage and monitor events.

Step 2. Creating an event.

• Go to: https://0xturf.gg/events
  Now head on to the “Events” section.
• Click on “Create Events” to launch a new competition.
• A event form will be displayed where you can put all the details of the event.
• Carefully fill the details about the event, date, players, game, prize pool etc.
• Click on “Submit” button to register your event.

Step 3. Now sit back and relax, our internal team will review the event for legitimacy and connect with you for any further questions or live support during the event.

• Yes, anyone can create an event as long as they have a TURF ID and follow the steps mentioned above. After creating an event, we do an internal verification of its legitimacy and approve it.
• What happens once someone has submitted their request to organise an event?
• Once the event is created, TURF’s internal team verifies its legitimacy. As part of the process, the TURF team may also reach out to the creator. Once approved, the event will be live on the TURF platform.
• Is there any specific criteria on which we approve or disapprove event requests?
• There are various types of events. For duels, the only criteria are checking the legitimacy of the event and the organizer. In the case of more than one participant, the creator also has to be registered as an esports organizer by following this link https://0xturf.gg/communities and create the event through the usual process. Once verified, the event will be live on the TURF platform.
