We are thrilled to announce the addition of two remarkable leaders to the TVVIN team: Darko Mijić as Chief Product Officer (CPO) and Nikola Glumac as Chief Technology Officer (CTO). Both Darko and Nikola bring a wealth of experience and expertise that will drive TVVIN’s mission forward and solidify our position as a leader in the Real-World Asset (RWA) tokenisation space.
👋 Meet Darko Mijić, Chief Product Officer
Background and Expertise
Darko Mijić joins TVVIN with over 20 years of experience in building software systems in various disciplines, from requirements management, UX/UI design, and programming, to enterprise software architecture. He has played pivotal roles in government and banking sector projects, delivering complex business systems. Over the past eight years, Darko has been deeply involved in the blockchain space, contributing significantly to the Cardano (IOG) and Polkadot ecosystems (Parity Technologies). His roles have included managing the development of cryptocurrency wallets and blockchain explorers and serving as the Polkadot Ecosystem Success Manager.

As TVVIN’s CPO, Darko is committed to leveraging his expertise in full-stack development, meticulous approach to software testing, and business analysis to deliver exceptional user experiences. His leadership will be instrumental in guiding TVVIN’s product strategy and ensuring that our platform remains at the forefront of innovation in the RWA tokenisation space.

Nikola Glumac brings over fifteen years of experience in software development, product development, and leadership. As the Founder and CEO of Thespian, he has successfully led numerous projects across various industries, including EdTech, Digital Healthcare, and blockchain. His blockchain contributions since 2017 are noteworthy, including roles in the evolution of Cardano (IOG) and positions as Director of Operations and Technical Product Manager at Oasis Network. Nikola’s expertise in building future-proof software solutions and leading top-talent teams has earned him a reputation for delivering high-quality results.
Role at TVVIN
As TVVIN’s CTO, Nikola will focus on driving the technological advancements of our platform. His extensive background in blockchain technology and software engineering will be critical in enhancing the security, scalability, and interoperability of TVVIN’s ecosystem. Nikola’s leadership will ensure that our platform remains secure and adaptable to the evolving needs of the market.
