Celebrate a Week of Innovation at Tonight’s Closing Party
Minnesota is where the best and brightest come to solve the world’s greatest problems. This week has propelled our community further in that direction. We hope all participants enjoyed this 6th Edition of Twin Cities Startup Week and are leaving with the inspiration to take a risk and extend the long lineage of Minnesota entrepreneurs who are shaping the world. If TCSW is meant to show one thing, it is that there is a community of people ready to support the next local entrepreneur in that endeavor.
Join us at the Science Museum of Minnesota tonight, Wednesday October 16, from 6:00 to 9:00pm, to commemorate a thriving startup ecosystem. As we celebrate TCSW 2019 at our closing party, sponsored by JPMorgan Chase, we’re not just looking back at the week but rather carrying our momentum into the future. This is not the end of a week that was, but rather the start of what could be, when we build it together.

Together, TCSW represents a cross-sector movement of startups, Fortune 500 companies, community foundations, local governments, universities, nonprofits and professional associations who are dedicated to making Minnesota the best place to start businesses that solve the world’s greatest challenges.

It’s an idea hatched in a hackathon and scaled to the world by one of our leading global institutions. It’s 20 years from now when we look back at the time when we conceived our next Fortune 500, or two. It’s a time to take risks and to build something new, because that’s what we do here. The future of TCSW is you,” says Reed Robinson, executive director of BETA (the operators of TCSW).
“Tonight is an opportunity to celebrate the week that was, and the entrepreneurs and innovators who made it happen. We’re going to burn what fuel is left in the tank,” says Robinson. “We can rest tomorrow, but tonight we’re going to have some fun.”
