The Twin Flame journey is an inner journey. That’s why it makes you feel like you’re going crazy. Nobody on the “outside” can sense what’s happening but you. And yet, at least in the beginning, we feel compelled to search for answers about it in the external world instead of within.

It’s an exploration of the self. I always tell my clients that the greatest lesson in the experience of twin flames is trusting the wisdom that comes from beyond the senses. The parts of the journey that are rooted in the physical realm, focused on the attachment to that person, will not teach you anything more than the fact that life is a really weird and painful journey. The golden nugget is what you learn about your relationship with yourself and the universe.

Find the Answer in Yourself

As you delve deeper and deeper into the realm of inner truth, it becomes less and less important to gain knowledge from sources external to you. (Of course, as you really get into it, you begin to realize there is no separation and there is nothing “external” to you.)
