Today, our story comes from a person I’ve admired for decades, he is the great Bob Marley from the island of Jamaica.

As Bob tells it, recording the Catch A Fire Album took all of his time, it’s been a while since he last took the kids to Hellshire Beach! The night before leaving on the album tour, Bob went into Lovers mode.
He sent the kids early to bed and caught a fire with the Pimento wood he got from Georgie. As tinders floated up to meet the dark Jamaican sky, Bob called Rita to join him, as she came down the kitchen steps this is what he said…..
Bob: It’s been a long, long time, yeah! (Stir it, stir it, stir it together)
Since I’ve got you on my mind (oh-oh-oh-oh) Oh-oh!

Mark: To create a relaxing mood, Bob lite a few sticks of incense along with citronella to ward off those pesky mosquitos, and I promise you that he did not forget a draw of his favorite variety of herb.
Bob then put on some music, He wanted to show off the Linn turntable he had just brought from New York, the music was jamming, but he turned it low, to not disturb the kids. He then said.
