Learning to Manifest Your Desires

Well-being is the basis of this universe.
Well-being flows to you and through you. You have only to allow it. Like the air you breathe, you have only to open, relax, and draw it into your being.
The reason you have not already gotten what you desire is because you are holding yourself in a vibrational holding pattern that does not match the vibration of your desire.
You are not here on a quest to move forward — you are here to experience outrageous joy.
You never grow tired of expansion or of creation, for there is no ending to the new ideas of desires that flow.
You ask through your attention, through your wanting, through your desire — that is the asking. You do not have to use your words. You just have to feel it in your being: I desire this. I adore this. I appreciate this. That desire is the beginning of all attraction.
Once you relax into the idea that you will never cease to be, that new desires will be constantly born within you, that Source will never stop answering your desires, and that your expansion is, therefore, eternal, then you may begin to relax.
The easiest way for you to achieve vibrational harmony with what you desire is to imagine having it, present that it is already in your experience, flow your thoughts toward the enjoyment of the experience, and as you practice those thoughts and begin to consistently offer that vibration, you will then be in the place of allowing that into your experience.
By paying attention to the way you feel, you can easily know if you are giving your attention to your desire or if you are giving it to the absence of your desire.
When your thoughts are a vibrational match to your desire, you feel good — your emotional range would be from contentment to expectation to eagerness to joy. But if you are giving your attention to the lack, or absence, of your desire — your emotions would range from feelings of pessimism to worry to discouragement to anger to insecurity to depression.
Worrying is using your imagination to create something you do not want.
The degree that you feel blessed and expect good things to flow to you, this indicates the level of your state of allowing.
There is a very big vibrational difference in your thoughts of appreciation of your mate, and in your thoughts of what you would like to be different about your mate. And your relationship with your mate, without exception, reflects the preponderance of your thoughts. For, while you may not have done it consciously, you have literally thought your relationship into being.
It is not your job to make something happen — Universal Forces are in place for all of that.
Your work is to simply determine what you want.
Pay attention to the way you feel, and deliberately choose thoughts — about everything — that feel good to you when you think them.
You are a perfect yet expanding being, in a perfect yet expanding world, in a perfect yet expanding universe.
Every physical being on your planet is your partner in co-creation, and if you would accept that and appreciate the diversity of beliefs and desires — all of you would have more expansive, satisfying, and fulfilling experiences.
You understood that there is room enough in this expansive Universe for all manner of thought and experience. You had every intention of being deliberate about your own creative control of your own life experience and your own creations — but you had no intentions of trying to control the creations of others.
Just because others may choose differently, it did not make you right and them wrong, or them right and you wrong. You understood the value of diversity.
The Universe expands and we are always on the Leading Edge of the expansion. It is a never-ending, always flowing, pure, positive Energy expansion.
When you stay aligned with your Energy Stream, you always win, and somebody else does not have to lose for you to win. There is always enough.
In an attempt to please another, you discover that no matter how hard you try, you cannot consistently move in any pleasing direction, and so, you not only do not please them, but you also do not please yourself. And because you are being pulled in so many different directions, you path to where you want to be usually gets lost in the process.
The greatest gift that you could ever give to another is your own happiness, for when you are in a state of joy, happiness, or appreciation, you are fully connected to the Streak of pure, positive Source Energy that is truly who you are.
There is no condition so severe that you cannot reverse it by choosing different thoughts.
No one else knows what is appropriate for you — but you do. You always know in the moment what is best for you.
The standard of success is absolutely the amount of joy you feel.
By your being well, you are in no way depriving another of the experience of wellness.
No one connected to Source Energy would ever cause harm to another. They lash out in their defensiveness, or in their disconnectedness, but never from their state of connection.
The ultimate act of selfishness is to connect with Self. And when you do that, you are pure, positive Energy focused in this physical body.
If everyone on your planet were connected to their own Source Energy, there would be no assaults, for there would be no jealousy, insecurity, or uncomfortable feelings of competition. If everyone understood the power of their own Being, they would not seek to control others. Any feelings of insecurity and hatred are born from your disconnection with who you are. Your (selfish) connection with Well-Being would bring only Well-Being.
There are really only two emotions: one feels good, and one feels bad.
The better you feel, the more you are aligned with who you really are.
If you do not do something that causes a different vibrational offering, then nothing in your experience can change.
The key to success hinges upon your ability to release resistance, and the more playful you are, the less resistance you hold.
Once you become oriented toward looking for things to appreciate, you will find that your day will bd filled with such things.
Nothing is more important than that I feel good. And I’m going to find ways to do so today. I’m going to begin my day by meditating and bringing myself into alignment with my Source Energy. And as I move through the day, I’m going to look for opportunities to appreciate, so that all day long I’ll bring myself back into Source Energy. If there’s an opportunity to praise, I’m going to praise. If there’s an opportunity to criticize, I’m going to keep my mouth shut and try to meditate. If I feel like criticizing, I’ll say “here kitty, kitty,” and I’ll pet my cat till that feeling goes away.
You cannot be defensive and appreciative at the same time.
It is important to leave everyone else’s ideas, desires, opinions, and beliefs aside while you identify, for yourself, how you feel.
You cannot get poor enough to help impoverished people thrive. It is only in your thriving that you have anything to offer anyone. If you want to be of help to others, be as tapped in, tuned in, and turned on as you can possibly be.
The standard of success in life is not the money or the stuff — the standard of success is absolutely the amount of joy you feel.
Success is about a happy life, and a happy life is just a string of happy moments. But most people do not allow the happy moments because they are so busy trying to get a happy life.
Instead of “earning” abundance, “allow” your abundance.
Decide what you want to experience, and then allow it in order to receive it.
It is natural for you to be absolutely well. It is natural for you to be abundant. It is natural for you to feel good. It is natural for you to feel clarity.
Treating the body is really about treating the mind. It is all psychosomatic — every bit of it. No exceptions.
There is nothing worse than doing something that you believe is inappropriate, so get clear and happy about whichever choice you make.
Talking out loud or writing down your thoughts will give you the best reading of the way you are feeling.
Be easy about all of this. You tend to take life so seriously. Life is supposed to be fun.
