You’ve got to do the opposite.
You’ve got to believe in yourself.
You’ve got to lift yourself up.
Why do you do the things you ridicule yourself for?
Why not do the things you say you want to do?
You’ll feel better.
You’ll be happier.
Rather than complaining, let’s practice discipline.
Just do it.
Help people do the same.
But lead by example.
Listen to yourself.
If you don’t like what you hear, change it.
Change what you say or change what you do.
