As we approach the launch of the NFT staking platform, one of the core products of our project and our vision of an All-in-One service, it is important to provide you with some insights into our strategy:

In other words, our Go-to-Market strategy.

TYCHE operates in a relatively untapped market, driven by our mission to provide users with comprehensive platforms to maximize the value of their NFTs.

Our focus extends beyond just our NFTs; we aim to deliver tangible value to projects within the blockchains where Tyche will offer its services.

Target Audience :

While it may sound intricate, our approach caters to two distinct audiences:

  • Users, who benefit from our products.
  • Projects, that can profit from our services.

By effectively distributing our services, we foster a virtuous cycle where more people utilize the product, benefiting the entire ecosystem. We strive for inclusivity, encompassing various projects within the Zksync ecosystem, with future plans to expand to additional EVM blockchains.

Today, the NFT market is still in its infancy and remains highly fragmented, and very few projects offer services that enable builders to leverage the benefits of their NFTs.

These numbers may seem impressive to you, but in reality, they are not truly significant. Furthermore, they only represent a fraction of the whole picture as they solely account for transactions on Ethereum and Solana.

What struck us from the outset, however, is the number of traders and holders, which is steadily increasing:

We once again invite you to read the whitepaper to understand the value provided by our tokens and NFTs, but to give you a simple summary:

  • With our NFTs, you have the opportunity to receive a portion of the fees from our applications (Dex / Lending / NFT marketplace) as well as a portion of the fees applied to projects that wish to leverage the staking platform.
  • The $TYCHE token, on the other hand, has utility across each of our applications and becomes an inevitable transaction vector within our ecosystem.

In our quest for inclusivity, we have crafted a collaborative plan that welcomes projects of all sizes to join our ecosystem.

We believe that accessibility should not be limited by resources or market dominance.

As a result, we have implemented a fee structure that takes into account the market cap of NFTs and the Fully Diluted Value (FDV) of tokens.

This approach ensures that even emerging projects can leverage our services without undue financial burden.

We believe that by embracing inclusivity, we can collectively drive innovation and create a vibrant ecosystem where every project has a chance to shine.

Token Generation Event :

The Token Generation Event (TGE) is always a significant milestone for a crypto project.

We understand that you are eager for information regarding how our TGE will be conducted. Our TGE will take place just before or during the launch of our NFT Lending platform.

This timing is crucial as it ensures that the token is readily available when it holds real utility.

With the launch of our Dex and our Lending platform, our token truly becomes essential for the development of the ecosystem.

While we haven’t yet communicated the exact launch method(we are still in the process of thoughtful consideration and analysis), we have determined the listing price for the public.

Our token will be listed at a price ranging from $0.12 USD to $0.15 USD depending on the market condition.

This translates to:
- A market cap of $6M to $7,5M USD at launch, with a vested airdrop.
- A Fully Diluted Value (FDV) of $60M to $75M USD once the maximum supply is reached.

Why have we chosen these values?

A significantly higher market cap would require a substantial liquidity pool to facilitate the exchange of $TYCHE tokens at launch, without exerting excessive price pressure.

Therefore, we have opted for an appealing market cap for early investors while maintaining a reasonable level to avoid significant dilution and excessive price volatility.

This will also facilitate the acquisition of new users since a market cap in the range of $6M to $7,5M is relatively low compared to current multi-chain projects.

With a conservative approach, we can aim for a market cap of $60M USD to $75M USD relatively quickly with the adoption of our project by users and the utilization of our tools by builders. (please note that this is an estimation)

Additionally, our goal is to bring value to our TYCHE NFTs owners.

With a minimum airdrop of 532.5 $TYCHE tokens per NFT on Zksync(if we soldout) and 580 $TYCHE for our Evmos collection , your airdrop value will range from $63.9 USD to $87 USD (at listing price), considering a purchase price of $35 USD per NFT.

We strive to strike a balance that rewards early participants, adds value to NFT holders, and ensures a stable and sustainable growth trajectory for our ecosystem.
