Celesdra’s Lair
A fantastical land of magic and wonder. Look up to the skies and you’ll find a view like no other. Floating islands amongst the clouds scattered all throughout the horizon, and a fearsome civilization of people living atop of them.
However… these people of the sky are not alone. Vicious dragons plague these lands, loom over the islands, and wreak havoc when the opportunity strikes. Only those with true courage dare to face them. As a test of their courage and strength, warriors are sent out on quests to slay these monstrous beasts…
One of these warriors set out to slay the dragon called Celesdra; named after the celestial, star-like sheen of her silver scales.
After much toil, hardship, and a fearsome battle, this warrior was able to slay the dragon Celesdra, and returned home a hero; his courage fully recognized. In celebration, he threw a feast for all who lived on the sky islands, taking the flesh of the slain beast, and skillfully cooking it to feed all the people of the sky.
With the rest of Celesdra’s remains, the warrior built a restaurant to commemorate his victory and the celebratory feast. The ribcage as the building structure foundation; the skin for leather furniture; the bones carved into cutlery and tableware; and the teeth and scales made into decor.
With the acquisition of dragon meat being so rare, Celesdra’s Lair now stands among the great sky islands as a grand symbol of courage, strength, achievement, and a place for an assortment of luxury dragon meat dishes that cannot be found anywhere else.
Logo
The logo has a clean look but with a rough texture to give the illusion of being engraved in wood. The shield shape as the frame pays homage to the warrior who started the restaurant, and a dragon icon resembles the dragon Celesdra.
