TYMLEZ Pty Ltd has today signed a non-binding Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Mavericks Microgrids, a US based renewable energy infrastructure company, to enter a discovery phase to identify partnership opportunities on its upcoming projects.

Mavericks Micro Grids, a subsidiary of Net Zero Beyond, was formed by a team of energy industry experts with a combined $10B USD in developed, managed, and/or deployed energy infrastructure, looking to harness the power of modern technology to deliver innovative energy solutions to the market.

Specialising in microgrids, virtual power plants (VPPs), and green gas generation, Mavericks is working to develop a number of leading-edge energy projects in sites across the US. Blue-chip companies and major government entities are already working with Mavericks to implement smart energy solutions.

Speaking this announcement, TYMLEZ CEO Daniel O’Halloran said,

“We are really looking forward to working with Mavericks Microgrids as we launch into the US market and this MoU provides our organisation with an excellent opportunity to showcase how the adoption and implementation of the TYMLEZ Platform can add measurable value to Mavericks Microgrids and their projects.”

As part of its work with UON, and the Queensland Government, TYMLEZ has developed its core TYMLEZ Platform which utilises the Hedera network. Building on Hedera has allowed TYMLEZ to abstract away from the complexities of blockchain while still delivering advantages to its customers. Clients no longer need to handle crypto wallets or purchase and maintain expensive nodes as TYMLEZ can handle this in-house, allowing for seamless integration with existing business operations.
