The new blockchain company for content creators has seen explosive growth ahead of its funding rounds.

London, UK — Tuesday 29 May 2018 — Since April 23, Typerium has gained more than 90,000 followers across its Twitter, Telegram, Facebook, Instagram and other social media accounts.

Typerium’s Initial Coin Offering (ICO) Round 1 has just begun on the Official Typerium website.

These events aim to raise capital so that Typerium can develop its multifaceted platform, which will be a one-stop hub for content creators. It will feature intuitive design software, intellectual property protection, a social media network, a digital marketplace, a trust and reputation system, a blockchain-based payment gateway and its own token.

The Typerium platform will enable content creators to easily create professional high quality content. Creators will be able to record their intellectual property to the blockchain using timestamps, which will allow them to prove their ownership anonymously. Users will also be able to communicate with other creators and inspire each other over the social media network, which will also help them connect with fans.

The Typerium Creative Marketplace will enable users to buy, sell and license content. It will use its own cryptocurrency, the TYPE Token, for all transactions. The trust and reputation system will rely on Ethereum’s smart contracts to reduce fraud, resolve contracts and automate processes. The payment gateway will make transactions on the platform cheaper, faster and simpler. All of these elements will eventually be rolled out to third party retailers so that they can use the innovative technology as well.

Alex Haigh, who founded Typerium alongside a highly-skilled team, said, “I’ve been involved in design and running businesses for a long time, so I know the huge problems that both content creators, clients, and consumers currently face.

“I faced a lot of issues, like having to coordinate multiple systems as part of running a business, high fees from payment processors and long transaction times. In the end, you waste so much time on administrative work and a lot of your profits get eaten up by various fees.

“It was a few legal battles against corporations that pushed me over the edge. Some of the world’s biggest companies were using our software without permission and I’d just had enough. It’s too hard for creative people to fight these behemoths under the current structure, typically you need a six figure budget to even attempt to take a major corporation to court. This makes life for the independent creator very difficult, and corporations are set up in a way to fully take advantage of this.

“That’s why we are developing Typerium. We wanted to build an integrated system that makes the lives of creative people so much easier. They can do all of their business within the one platform, protect their work from IP thieves, reduce the fees they pay and connect with an audience. We’re leveraging the latest technological developments to bring power back to the people and away from huge corporations.

“I’m really happy with how the launch has gone so far. You see a lot of companies that have some great elements, whether it is their idea, their development team or their marketers, but we really feel like we are one of the few that has put everything together. That’s why we’ve seen such a strong reaction online.”

The company has been the number one trending ICO on Twitter four times over, thanks to a range of interesting initiatives. They are the first blockchain company to sponsor a racing team, with a race car wrapped in chrome turquoise and emblazoned with the Typerium logo for the VW Fun Cup Race season. They will also be donating 3% of the company’s profits to various charity organisations.

If you haven’t already, sign up for the pre-sale which goes live in just over 24 hours, only available on the official Typerium website.
