Lisbon is for the last two to three years a trendy city, everyone talks about Lisbon everyone wants to go to Lisbon. It is known for its old architecture the downtown was rebuilt after the 1755 earthquake (followed by floods and fires) that destroyed everything in downtown.

The recovered Lisbon has to offer you huge squares and avenues with lots of cafés from typical to modern ones, you choose. This mix of modernism and classic is one of the causes of this revolution in tourism.

One of the great experiences that one can enjoy in Lisbon is the gastronomy. Portugal is a country of great fish, seafood, meat, “tapas” (we call it “petiscos”), and most important great wine.

There are restaurants for all the wallets you can eat in a Michelin star restaurant (and we have a few!) or go the typical “Tasca,” which is a cheap typical eating place. Just avoid all the restaurants in the main avenues with “standard” menu photos, and you will be happy.
Lisbon has a world to offer.
