Accordion Fold: Working…

I have be going through my type collection and cutting out individual letters to use for my project. Before I kept the backgrounds in them but I have just finished taking all the backgrounds out and creating individual collages.

I look like a serial killer with all my type. Hopefully it is worth it.

Below is a GIF of all the 26 collages that I created for this project. I like some better than others. I can showcase them.

After I created all these collages I printed them all out so that I can scan them in a stylistic way.

Scanning them took a really long time because the scanner is a little slow and I have to move the prints or they don’t get the effect I need.

This is the process for scanning the pieces

After that I got some fun collages to play with in my design.

Here are a couple.

I finally edited these collages to either yellow or black and added them to my layout.

This process was tiring!

I felt like I was never going to finish.

But when I did, I was really excited to work my elements into my book.
