November is Team Building Month

Every company is a team. Within that large team are groupings of smaller teams. And there may be even more granular groupings.

This month we are focusing on the ways to build a better team. From finding the right people to ensuring they’ll fit in once you do find them, this November we’re exploring the ways great teams make great companies.

We’ll also be looking at ways to be a great team member or a great team leader.

We’ll hear from job recruiters, hr managers, and the people in the weeds of building teams.
