Do more, with Balance+ version 1.4
We've been updating our mobile app again! This time, Balance+ has a whole new section that wasn't there before, and it's called My cards.
- Find out your PIN
- Lock/unlock your card
- Check your card status
- Report your card as stolen, lost, or damaged
My cards makes it easy to securely check your PIN in the app, in case you forget it when you're out and about. You can also see your card's status (is your new card on its way? have you activated it?) and update this status by letting us know if your card ends up lost, stolen, or damaged in just a few taps, so we can cancel your card if we need to and get you a new one.
There's also a really handy new feature that lets you lock or unlock your card as and when you choose. That may be for security reasons, for example if you misplace your wallet somewhere at home but know it'll probably show up soon, or for any other reason you might want a spend-free day or two.
We've also given the Help & Support section a bit of a revamp and we have to say, it's looking great!
