Establishment of the Council on Foreign Relations

Under the guidance of the Executive Office of the President and Department of State, the Council on Foreign Relations is a government agency in partnership with the National Security Council and Office of the Director of National Intelligence to work together on producing foreign and counter-terrorism strategies for the United States of America.
For the best performance, the Council will consist of members within the National Security Council and the Cabinet; this is the most productive way to produce strict and precise foreign policy for our country.
The Council on Foreign Relations will release a summary of what has been achieved within the agency every month, published by the Chairman of the Council.
