Ubex Welcomes Machine Learning Team Lead Alexander Stepochkin

The Ubex project is delighted to announce that Alexander Stepochkin has joined the project development team as a Machine Learning Team Lead.

Alexander Stepochkin is a Data Scientist Expert and Experienced hands-on Software Architect with full-stack development skills who has 20+ years of professional experience, proven accomplishments in creation of highly reliable distributed systems (Yandex Mail Storage), and experience with a wide range of programming languages and platforms. He is enthusiastic about building elegant systems and using data science to make them more intelligent, and has an excellent mathematical background.

Prior to joining the Ubex project, Alexander Stepochkin worked as a machine learning team lead at BST, as a senior machine learning specialist at Leomax and Lamoda, and as a senior data scientist at Imhonet. Alexander is a graduate of the Moscow Government Institute of Electronics and Mathematics and has graduated from the Yandex Data Analysis School.

Alexander Stepochkin will be engaged in working on developing the Ubex AI within the framework of the project and will act as team lead for the other developers.

The Ubex project is certain that Alexander Stepochkin will add immense value to the team and enhance the capabilities of the platform’s most important systems.
