Celebrating a green and clean 5th Anniversary #UCTurns5

10th November, a special day for all of us at UrbanClap. This year, we marked our 5th year anniversary!
It’s unbelievable that it’s been half a decade since UrbanClap started services at home business. From creating employment for our blue-collared workers to ensuring people get services at the comfort of their own homes, it has been one hell of a ride.
We celebrated our anniversary in a more meaningful way by contributing to the environment.
Five of our major cities Delhi, Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, and Bangalore conducted cleanliness drives across different parts of the city and our employees at the headquarters in Gurgaon partook in a tree plantation drive in Manesar.
For the plantation, UrbanClap partnered with Sankalptaru, an NGO that plants and maintains trees across the country. It was a fun-filled Sunday where our team managed to plant 113 trees in Bhavanam Project in Manesar.
The cleanliness drive was held across five cities namely, Delhi (Connaught Place), Mumbai (Juhu Beach), Bangalore (Ulsoor Lake), Hyderabad (NTR marg and Lumbini park) and Pune (cleaning of Mula River bed in partnership with Jeevitnadi, a foundation for living rivers) for a duration of 5 hours.
