At Urban Company, we are hiring a Sr. Graphic Designer for the founding team of our new services & products — Wall Décor.

We invite you to join us in solving a complex challenge: how to seamlessly inspire, browse, and help choose the perfect interior design look. And then bring it to life for our customers.

We are looking for someone with:

• A high-quality portfolio that speaks for itself. Graphic design skills that are not only stunning but also thoughtful.
• 1–3 years of experience in a core graphic design role
• Highly proficient in Figma & Photoshop. Skills such as photo manipulation, post-processing, and making edits in Photoshop are a must.
• Proficient in Midjourney and/or similar AI image-gen tools
• A keen eye for applying brand aesthetics and art direction to various types of visuals, with a commitment to keep refining the output
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Ability to design your ideas/vision. And be able to communicate your ideas in visuals.
• A passion for staying updated on interior design trends and home décor — or a willingness to learn and grow in this domain.

Responsibilities:

• You’ll design every visual for our core Home Décor category
• Produce visuals for the in-app content for our décor services & products
• Use generative AI tools to aid your work, speed up your workflow & iterate fast (we provide the tools, obviously!)
• You’ll also get to work on multiple projects like in-house branding, high-end magazine spreads, packaging, teasers, video assets, launch events, and more.
• You’ll be part of the core design team of Home Décor
