What we expect you to do
- Execute tightly scoped projects and problems, flows
- Collaborate & communicate across multiple teams (Product Management, Engineering, and Customer, Partner experience teams)
- Can use Figma fluently and can adapt to existing design system
- Developing and shipping with speed and consistency. We always have immediate needs to deliver on our product roadmap today while setting the vision for tomorrow.
- Understand lines of home services at Urban Company, their nuances and design scalable solutions
- Give and receive design critique to help constantly refine and push our work.
What we’re looking for
- ~1 year of experience at consumer-focused tech companies
- A portfolio that demonstrates your high quality design work
