This report will make an interpretation and summary of UChain’s ecosystem development in the past two weeks through three aspects: technology research and development, news and information, and community dynamics.
Project Debriefing
The UChain project team began week 12 & 13 of closed research and development on Testnet. The progress of two branches of the project this week is as follows:
UPOS Progress
UIP0.1 Research and Development progress：
- Preventing IP node attacks (30%, Increasing research on seed node logic when the number of connections is 0)
- Accessing IP must be on the whitelist (40%, If the command interface does not require an account and password, then determining whether an administrator account and password are required or not based on the configuration file)
UIP0.2 Research and Development progress：
- UPOS Blocks (50%, Use Coinbase private key mining to solve the problem of fragmentation logic)
- Token issuance, additional models and transactions, and transfer of ownership (80%, Increasing logic of additional models)
- Logic of voting and blocks (60%, Voting and block bonus rewards)
Other works：
- UIP0.2 internal test problems have been fixed
- Fixing bugs from new tests

Completed
1. Token mechanism
The current token mechanism is to specify a number of accounts in the creation block to have initial tokens.
2. Cli node connection optimization
Previous connected nodes in cli client cannot be changed flexibly. It has now been modified and is able to change connected nodes at any time through parameter passing.
3. Performance testing tool
Testing dynamic TPS, tools are needed to realize continuous transfer among different accounts. Evaluating system performance by increasing the volume of transactions gradually. At present, the tool has been developed and is under debugging.
4. The development of blockchain browser interface is completed

After testing, TPS reached expected performance.
6. The adding, deleting, changing and searching functions of the wallet have succesfully been realized

1.Wallet (10%)
Based on the fact that UCN is currently Ethereum based, the purpose is to carry ERC20 based UCN assets at first. At present, the iOS terminal has completed the frame construction and added new wallet functions; the Android terminal has completed the frame construction.
2. Block data access plug-in (10%)
The block data of nodes cannot be accessed directly from the outside due to performance considerations. A plug-in is needed to move block data for external service access. After discussion, we decided to use MongoDB as plug-in.
3. Blockchain browser back-end service (30%)
According to the prototype design of the blockchain browser, the required data interface is well defined and part of the interface capability is realized. See the following figure:

The meetup dubbed “The Future of Blockchain and Sharing Economy” hosted by UChain and co-sponsored by Lightning Headlines, will be held in Changning Raffles City on November 24, 2018.
This meetup will discuss how to help the succesful enterprises, who have experienced the great wave of the sharing economy, find new ways to deal with business obstacles using the gradually maturing blockchain technology.

Community Dynamics
1. UChain market analysts released exclusive blockchain investment experience.
2. Rewards for future community partners was discussed during the UChain Community Conference that is held every two weeks. We summarized the views and suggestions from all community partners for future development.
3. We have explanained in more detail the issue of airdrop invitation previously made by UChain and are planning and discussing future UChain community airdrops.
4. With regard to incentives to mobilize the enthusiasm of community partners, better-performing community partners can apply for higher treatment to the project party. UCN rewards will be given if suggestions for future community development are adopted.
