The hustle and bustle of daily life make it hard to squeeze in that little bit of time to take care of one’s mental space. This is what makes audiobooks and podcasts so powerful. They can be played while doing mundane tasks like cleaning the house or running errands. Sometimes, it’s even helpful to ease into the morning by listening to engaging content that goes well with a cup of coffee. Here are a few ‘feel-good’ podcasts and audiobooks to get you started:

  1. Radio Headspace [Podcast]: From the makers of the popular guided meditation app, Headspace, this podcast is a great bite-sized listen to channel mindfulness.
  2. The Happiness Lab with Dr. Laurie Santos [Podcast]: Psychology Professor at Yale University, Dr. Laurie Santos, provides research and compelling stories to shed insight into the science of happiness.
