uConsortium is the first of its kind: a consultancy comprised of MBAs with blockchain/crypto expertise. Our members have operating and investing experience at the world’s top blockchain/crypto companies and have developed proofs-of-concept for the Fortune 500. We want to facilitate the next wave of blockchain innovation by transforming startups, organizations, and industries. At our core, we believe that crypto and blockchain have the potential to rewrite the rules of the game in a way that benefits the whole of humanity.

Although the blockchain/crypto industry has grown exponentially, the space is still in its early days. Core developer tools and infrastructure remain inhibited by key bottlenecks such as scalability. Privacy-preserving crypto that fix identity and data control issues currently lack effective product-market-fit and go-to-market strategies. Further, a dearth of regulatory clarity and amplified digital asset volatility present serious challenges to mainstream adoption. However, we staunchly believe that a world with crypto is better than the status quo. As such, we are committed to solving the challenges that will enable crypto to cross the chasm.

Bridging that gap will require talented entrepreneurs and operators who know how to scale organizations and who know how this new technology paradigm can be best used. We aim to fill the gap and help scale blockchain and crypto businesses to become the new movers and shapers at a global scale.
