Judging by all the delightful things we’re already seeing out there, 2017 is going to be a banner year for Udacity #StudentSuccess stories!

Dimitar Kolev completed not one but two Nanodegree programs in 2016, but do you think he’s going to rest on his laurels now? No way!

Bring it on indeed! It’s the rallying cry of the Udacity learner …

Trev Blackmore is ready to go to work too …

Advice? Set short-term attainable goals, and actively embrace (and let yourself be embraced by!) your community!. Encouragement? You are MEANT to do this, you CAN do this, and the world will be the better when you DO this!

Lewis, same encouragement for you, so glad to see you’re giving Udacity a go! We’re thrilled to play a part in your #PersonalDevelopment!

Sabin is definitely motivated for 2017!

What a great phrase: “Motivated to gain more insights.” This is why we love Udacity learners, because of this kind of spirit and passion!

And speaking of passion, Pradeep is feeling it!

It’s because of learners like you, Pradeep, that real-world problems WILL get solved!

It’s not easy, taking on these kinds of challenges, and there is often risk involved. Sometimes it’s the courage to simply begin; to leap into spaces you’ve never seen, with nothing to lose as you go. Other times, it takes a willingness to risk what you’ve already achieved, for the sake of something still to be achieved. That’s the challenge facing Simon Jackson right now, and we love that he’s pushing himself, and pushing forward. Go Simon!

This is just a tiny handful of the wonderful statements of purpose we’re seeing everywhere we look. Learners across the globe are gathering their personal forces, connecting with their communities, and taking aim at their goals. We’re so proud to play a part in these incredible journeys, and we look very forward to discovering and sharing more and more #StudentSuccess stories as 2017 progresses.

Here’s to learning in the New Year!
