Through their shopping journey today, shoppers are become getting more demanding. However, this happens, having to wait on the checkout counters for the customers is a root problem. Also, for retailers, it means threads. Going to have to wait in the lines triggers loss of opportunity of more revenue. Besides, long lines reduce the shop’s performance and restrict the space left.

In fixing this problem, technological progress plays an active role. The queue management system has three principal utilities:

1. Quick personnel distribution can be established by calculating waiting times and checkout densities.

2. Technologic systems offer retail management tools for customer traffic prediction.

3. Lower wait times improves service quality.
