Unconscious bias is the tendency to make decisions without having proper analysis in the need to act quickly. We develop bias by past experiences and familiar moments, without understanding about the current situation and the facts.
Unconscious bias by itself is not a bad thing, but can be complicated if we don’t understand the real need and act upon.
