Anthony Hopkins releases NFT collection
Oscar winner Anthony Hopkins launches his first NFT series The Eternal Collection in partnership with Orange Comet. NFTs are inspired by iconic characters from Hopkins films. The collection will also include drawings of the actor. Hopkins will act as the artist.
The Eternal Collection will be released in three stages in mid-September on the OpenSea NFT platform. It will include three series with a set of drawings and digital animations by Hopkins — interpretations of various Carl Gustav Jung archetypes.
The animations, which feature hyper-realistic digital renderings of Hopkins’ face, include the archetypes of Hero, Rebel, Wizard, Sage, Ruler, Explorer, Lover, Maker, Giver, and Joker. Timing: from 30 to 45 seconds. Additionally, 100 PFP variants will be released, corresponding to a specific archetype. Orange Comet will auction a special 1:1 NFT that combines all the characters.
