XBorg and Ultra to share fundamental resources towards the growth of the Web3 gaming and esports industry
We’re excited to announce our partnership with XBorg in order to revolutionize the Esports landscape! Powered by SwissBorg, XBorg is one of the leading Esports 3.0 organizations working to empower the players of tomorrow by leveraging Ultra’s blockchain technology.
We share a mutual vision of dismantling the unequal power asymmetries within the gaming industry and aim to solve them through our respective projects and together. This partnership will be XBorg’s first official union with a game publishing and distribution platform and will bolster the company’s mission of becoming the largest Esports organization in web 3.0. In addition, it strengthens our mission of building a next-generation PC gaming platform and ecosystem that redefines distribution monopolies and empowers game developers, players, and influencers.

As part of this collaboration, XBorg will utilize Ultra’s blockchain technology to provide users of its ecosystem with a reliable, environmentally friendly, and mainstream-ready solution. We’ll provide XBorg and its community with early access to Ultra’s exclusive titles for the purpose of content creation and early access testing. Alongside this, we’ll grant XBorg access to tournaments for our exclusive titles through our upcoming tournament app.
We also intend to grant XBorg exclusive onboarding and platform integrations by stimulating the development of exclusive perks, clan and guild integrations, as well as scholar programs. Furthermore, we’ll provide access to our partner products and aid in co-funding Uniq NFT prizes, perks, and utilities (including but not limited to UOS, in-game items, valuable Uniqs, and Uniqs connected to tangible goods, etc.) for tournaments organized by XBorg. XBorg will gain access to our Software Development Kit (SDK) for purposes of developing its ecosystem.

XBorg will leverage our tournament hosting platform and help organize a variety of future events. This will act to strengthen our Esports presence, offering prize pools and product showcasing. Furthermore, XBorg will distribute to us their network of high-value brands, influencers, ambassadors, and sponsors. Additionally, XBorg will act as a distribution channel for our games and will aid in attracting players globally. Finally, XBorg will deploy part of its SBTs within a host of our exclusive games by leveraging the Ultra SDK.
Our two organizations intend to share marketing, community, and content campaigns, and develop projects that will generate value for both of our ecosystems. Lastly, our two organizations are to share seed round deal flows for new games.
