Ultrain’s core Technology
1) Network layer routing performance is optimized with the algorithm, reducing redundant links and enhancing overall system stability.
2) The consensus algorithm security mechanism is improved, and simulation test on attack has been performed.
3) The multi-chain economy model is completed, the purchase of a resource package has been synchronized both on main and side chain, and now supports the purchase of resource packages on any side chain.
4) The world state has been reinforced to support the synchronization of historical block data and is currently running testing of the node being switched between side chains.
Ultrain’s Smart Contracts
1) Fix previous issues found in the testing phase to improve the stability and security of contract execution.
2) Introduce the PureView action; Enhancement on the reading and writing check of pureview due to the recent open source of U3.
3) Improve the function of the TypeScript framework, add support for inline, deferred types of action.
Ultrain Developer Kit
1) The browser connection chain node information is now dynamically configurable in the background and supports automatic and manual cache refresh.
2) The local development environment test network node supports temporary domain name configuration, and can allow manually switch the domain-bound IP.
3) Add the test public link development configuration guide and the development guide within the windows environment.
4) Developer portal homepage revision; official website, browser, developer portal, forum enable CDN acceleration

A milestone reached as Ultrain continues its eco system development! Ultrain is working with the number one ranked Chinese e-commerce platform to promote the trading of second-hand merchandise. The platform recently endorsed C2C (customer to customer) trading of used sneakers, and is embracing Ultrain’s technology to record sneaker data– the first of its kind! It leverages on the open source, transparency and non-tamperable characteristics of blockchain, Ultrain is empowering the real life business scenarios with its technology expertise. Ultrain’s official telegraph group has been carrying out valuable activities that focus on providing Blockchain related education. On January 2nd, Ultrain economics expert Su Yu shared the DAPP ecological construction and Ultrain resource usage model in the Ultrain chain.
In the current market, most of the major Blockchain platforms are employing basic ways of resource allocation. Anyone who uses the service will be charged with a fee. Although such approach reduces the overall design complexity for chain, this approach raises the “bar” for all users; in other words all participants are treated equally and required to be familiar with system, not only the DApp developers but also the average-Joe users, for example, the users who merely places a Blockchain based game, he or she might not be familiar with the Blockchain technology at all. If a Blockchain project requires participants to be familiar with the necessary Blockchain technology, such as pk, sk, gas, gas price, CPU and ram, all those resources related notion. All this will significantly increase the difficulties for participants to join in as users, frankly, quite a disaster. Looking back at the DOS era, computers are owned by every household; it is not a device commonly used making it hard to form an industry independently. On the other hand, Ultrain aims to reduce the difficulty of operation for ordinary users. Allowing regular users to use the convoluted logic and technology of Blockchain without having to be familiar with the complex philosophy of Blockchain technology, which deserves to stay in the back end. So how does Ultrain do this? We decided to change the usage mode of blockchain resources completely. The user relies on DAPP for ease of operation and corresponding, and DAPP relies on ultrain for infrastructure services, so that ordinary users only need to know how to use the DAPP service, and DAPP and Ultrain handle others concerns. This is quite similar to a web application. A user opens a website, and it only needs to know how to interact with the site. There is no need to understand the business conducted between the site and the server.
Developers need to purchase a resource package to support his DAPP, just like a mobile web application requires to buy a cloud service for operation. At the same time, developers should do a good job of resource maintenance, and purchase packages in time before service expiration. Otherwise, DAPP faces the risk of stopping service and the risk of data loss.

The Ultrain tech community is developing at full speed. Previously, Ultrain has held many offline technical meetings at Zhejiang University, Sichuan University, and Nanda University. This time, Ultrain arrived at Chongqing and is now building a community in both Southwest and Chongqing University, as well as many other top tier universities in China. In addition to explaining the details of the technical architecture of Ultrain, the students had a face-to-face conversation with members of the Ultrain team, they also launched a meaningful DAPP practice tournament, allowing students to fully appreciate the technology of the blockchain DAPP in an actual scenario.

After Su Yu’sharing in the tech community, Ultrain’s senior tech expert and the creator of Robin Framework Ben also participating in our community event. He stated Robin framework is a command tool that allows quick deployment of the smart contract；An integrated development environment that’s capable of grammar check, compilation, development, and testing. The Robin framework will also include the following characteristics:
- The initialization of contract structure、compilation and deployment
- Code & syntax checking and error notification
- Plenty of templates and sample reference for developers to use
- Test cases based on BDD/TDD style
