Exploring New Ecosystems
We’re on a mission to grow our ecosystem, which means scouting for new projects that align with our vision. Exploring different ecosystems and finding the perfect partners takes time, but we’re making progress.
Dino, our head of Business Development, spoke on this in the Tabletalks, “new partnerships are a key driver for growth, not only expanding our reach but enhancing our offerings to our users.”
Each new connection brings us closer to powering Web3 with secure, custom data solutions.
Dino mentioned there’ll be more upcoming updates when it comes to grant applications, primarily one with Stellar. If successful, this partnership will provide us with additional resources to further accelerate our growth and expand Umbrella’s reach.
Partnership Updates
A notable new partnership this month is with Floorwire, a U.S.-based platform focused on tokenizing real-world assets (RWAs) in commercial real estate. By integrating with Umbrella’s oracle solutions, we’ll facilitate secure, on-chain RWA data, aligning with the rising trend of bringing physical assets to the blockchain just as we’ve done with various stock price feeds in the past.
Our latest Roundtable featured Damir Vodenicarevic, founder and CEO of Massa, an innovative blockchain ecosystem with a strong focus on decentralization and autonomy. Massa’s mission aligns well with Umbrella’s, and our conversation covered their approach to true decentralization and what lies ahead. If you missed it you can watch it again here.
Technical Updates
Eugenio shared that our team has transitioned to an open-source monitoring solution. This upgrade optimizes node performance for both internal and external validators, reinforcing our commitment to reliability and transparency in a decentralized network.
Our technical team has also been making strides with Massa’s testnet integration. This is a crucial step that moves us closer to a full-scale launch, with solutions that tackle the challenges of complex integrations.
We’ve also released the RIFPro/USD price feed. This new addition brings even more options for secure, on-chain data, tailored to support the Rootstock ecosystem. With RIFPro as a core piece of the framework not available on any DEX or CEX, this price feed offers fresh opportunities for building with secure data on Rootstock.
