Walk the streets of almost any city in the world and you will see the influences of Hip Hop culture. A recent exhibit at the White Box gallery in Kuala Lumpur curated by local graffiti artists, was one of the artistic highlights of my time in Malaysia. The pieces featured included murals, skateboards, playing cards, portraits, tags, and more.

While much of the graffiti in Kuala Lumpur is hidden away under subway lines and at industrial sites, this show brought much of the beauty of the graffiti movement here to light. Check out the pieces from the show below and follow all of these talented artists on Instagram.
