Meet the team

Aboli Joshi and Gaurika Singhal

We’re two product design students from National Institute of Design looking at the current scenario in neonatal care for our eight-week Technically Complex Project. We’re trying to create a disruptive, unique solution that fits into the Indian context.

Instead of taking the cliched route of redesigning an incubator or warmer trolley, we’ve chosen to try and find problem areas or target audiences that no one has targeted before (hence the name, Un-incubate).

As of now, our problem area is the transport of neonates from a rural primary healthcare centre to a tertiary care NICU in a city.
