“I’ve Loved You 67 Years and Still Do. Happy Anniversary.”

This may be the most romantic sign ever created.

Bob Shellard serenades his wife while on quarantine.

How to celebrate a 67th wedding anniversary when COVID-19 is preventing visitors?

For Bob Shellard, a true romantic from Connecticut, the nationwide quarantine inspired him to take matters into his own hands.

Since the Stafford Springs nursing home where his wife lives is on lockdown to protect patients from coronavirus, Shellard decided to improvise.

And what’s more romantic than that?

Shellard made this heartfelt sign to hold up outside of his wife’s window.

“I’ve loved you 67 years and still do. Happy Anniversary.”

Like a scene straight out of a Hollywood movie, Shellard held it up for his wife to see.

In turn, Bob’s wife Nancy responded by blowing kisses back to her beloved.

It’s true what they say: Absolutely nothing can tear true love apart.
