Getting Stuck in a Tough Division

One thing that can sometimes suck about playing Intramurals is that your team might get stuck in a division with really good teams. No it’s not your fault, it’s just the “UN-luck” of the draw. This usually applies to the competitive division. For example, there will be some divisions where every single team is worthy of making the playoffs. Then there’s some divisions where every single team would probably lose badly to a team of middle school girls. Not only is it unlucky but people get very angry about it.

For the people, who do get angry? Yes, I get it. It’s unfair and those other teams don’t deserve to make the playoffs over you. BUT, that’s just how the system goes. It’s almost impossible for Intramural employee’s to base each division based on skill and talent. It’s a very unlucky situation but at the end of the day, it is just Intramurals and you’re playing for a T-Shirt and bragging rights.
