There is the London Eye, Buckingham Palace, Tower Bridge, Westminster, Piccadilly Circus and so on…
But, believe it or not, there are also places which are not crowded.

‘St. Dunstan in-the-East’ is an abandoned church which is converted into an urban garden. It’s a calm place right in the city centre. The whole fundament still exists, but is covered by green plants.

‘Save the Date Cafe’ is a volunteer run restaurant which works with the pay-as-you-feel principle. It’s a project against food waste.
They offer delicious freshly cooked meals out of ingredients which (super)markets or restaurants can’t use anymore, but which are still good.

Worth to see is also the Ridley Road Market just around the corner. They offer international meals, cheap veggies, fruits and clothes.

Shoreditch is a suburb of London. It feels like walking through a giant art gallery with all the graffitis on the house walls. There are a few different markets around as well and many fancy and unique cafes, bars and restaurants.

And for the night owls: Sightseeing at night is a must do. NO crowds, NO rush, incredible views.
