If you’ve been keeping up to date with all things UnCo, you’ll know that we’re hosting a showroom experience downtown Toronto.

However you may be thinking…

What the heck is this showroom and how does it work?😜

1.) What is the showroom?

The showroom is an experience that allows you to build your capsule box IRL [in-real-life]. From attending the showroom, you get to try on, feel and receive recommendations on what UnCo. essentials work for you and how to merge them with your existing wardrobe.

2.) How does it work?
Its simple.

Book your appointment.

You then receive a confirmation email within 24 hours upon booking.

72 hours before your scheduled appointment we send you a brief survey.


Then during your appointment you will walk away with tips and tricks to help you maintain the life of your clothes and morning routines more effective. You will also have the opportunity to put in an order for your SS18 capsule box.

3.) What is a capsule box?

A capsule box includes wardrobe essentials that work for you.

UnCo partners with the best independent brands and designers to provide you with high quality and responsibly made staple pieces that can be worn on their own and integrated into your existing wardrobe. We have three level of capsule boxes: 7 credits, 12 credits and 15 credits~

Price Ranges from ($600-$1300).

4.) What is a pre-sale?

You order your pieces and then they go into production. It’s about a 6–8 week turnaround from the last week of the pre-selling season.

5.) How long is the pre-sale season?

March 8th- April 5th, 2018.

6.) How do I book an in-person showroom session?

Here are two ways for you to book:

7.) Can I just drop-in?

The showroom is by appointment only, however we do have open hours where you can pop in and see if there is a walk-in time slot available for you.

Each appointment has a $15.00 educator fee.

8.) Why is there an educator fee?

There is a $15 educator fee because we work with contract stylists and they need to be paid for their time/ knowledge… :)

9.) Can I bring a friend?

Of course! Our showroom allows up to 3 people at a time. If you’d like to have a session with a friend, have each of you book the same session.

10.) Where is it located?

Showroom address is 487 Adelaide Street W, Suite 200.

11.) Should I bring anything?

Besides your lovely self, please have a copy of your booking confirmation. A screenshot works just fine. Just so we know, you are you.

12.) Is there parking available?

There is no parking on-site, however if needed their is street parking available just outside.

13.) Do I have to buy anything during my appointment?

You can choose to pre-order your capsule box during your appointment, or you can go home and decide then!

14.) What are the official hours?


Monday -Wed. [10am-8pm]
Thursday-Friday. [10am-9pm]
Sat. [10am-8pm]
Sun. [11am-6pm]

*Note* These hours will change based on events happening on the space so if there is an event we close during the week 5:30pm.
